Download Keywords

After connecting your Google Ads account, the next step is to download your keywords. Helios imports your keyword data including match types, quality scores, and landing page URLs.

Download Process

1. Go to the Dashboard
2. Click Download Keywords (or the sync icon)
3. Wait for the import to complete (usually 30-60 seconds)
4. Your keywords will appear organized by campaign and ad group

Tip

Helios automatically imports landing page URLs from your keywords. These URLs are scanned to provide context for AI content generation.

What Gets Imported

Data	Description
Keywords	All enabled keywords from your account
Match types	Broad, Phrase, and Exact match
Quality Scores	Current QS for each keyword
Landing pages	Final URLs assigned to keywords
Campaign structure	Campaigns and ad groups

Refreshing Data

Your keyword data is a snapshot. To get the latest changes from Google Ads:

1. Click the Sync button on the dashboard
2. New keywords will be added automatically
3. Removed keywords will be marked as inactive

Helios checks for performance data updates daily. Quality Scores and metrics refresh automatically.
