Before Helios, we led growth teams at Exoticca, Treatwell, and a handful of high-growth consumer brands across Europe. 75 people. 15 markets. Millions in ad spend. Dozens of tools generating data.
After that, we started advising founders directly — retail chains, beauty salons, ecommerce companies. Smaller teams, same problem. The data was there, scattered across Square, Shopify, Holded, ad platforms, and CRMs. But getting a straight answer still meant exporting CSVs, building spreadsheets, and chasing someone for the numbers.

Albert Abello
Co-Founder
Performance marketing and marketing technology. Spans paid search, paid social, CRM, and programmatic — with deep technical skills in Python, attribution modelling, and data infrastructure. Builds the connectors, pipelines, and AI layer that make Helios work.

Helios is part of Parrot Partners, an advisory firm for growth brands. It started as internal tooling for our clients and became a product when we saw how much it changed the way they make decisions.
