Yes. Helios uses read-only API connections — we never modify your source data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your Claude AI subscription handles the analysis, meaning your data flows directly between your tools and Claude.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully set up within 1 day. Connecting each tool takes about 15 minutes. Our team handles the initial data sync and verification to make sure everything is accurate before you start asking questions.
What questions can I ask?

What is the Claude AI subscription?
Claude is an AI assistant by Anthropic. Helios uses Claude to understand your questions and query your data. You'll need a Claude Pro subscription (€20/month) which you manage separately. Your queries and data stay within your own Claude account.
Can I connect more than 2 tools?
Yes. Each pricing tier includes a set number of connectors (2-3), and additional connectors are available as add-ons. Enterprise plans include unlimited connectors.
What languages do you support?
Helios supports questions and answers in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch. The AI generates native responses, not translations.
